Leonovus’ unified cloud data management software successfully tested by the Canadian Department of Justice

OTTAWA, Canada March 3, 2021 – Leonovus Inc., ("Leonovus" the "Company") (TSXV: LTV) today announces that after one year of testing that Vault and Smart filer completed all the feature and performance requirements of the test plan in the Department of Justice ("Justice"). The Department of National Defence ("DND") will complete its testing before the end of March 2021. Discussions with Justice are now underway for the purchase and deployment of Leonovus software into production. As expected, successful testing results in Justice and, hopefully, DND lead to other business opportunities in the Federal Government, where there are over 100 ministries and agencies. We have already scheduled two meetings with major departments for next week and expect many more to follow.

Testing began in February 2020. A $430,000 Business in Canada Innovation Program ("BCIP" now Innovative Solutions Canada "ISC") supported our proof-of-concept testing in Justice and DND that resulted from a communication and sales process to the Canadian federal government that began in the fall of 2017. Because of our ISC approval, Leonovus now has a simplified purchasing vehicle with the federal government for up to $1,500,000 of software sales. Any government department can use this simplified method to purchase Leonovus software without an RFP. This purchasing vehicle is available until February 2022.
